1. Rachel McAdams
Rachel had a breakout role in Mean Girls as Regina George. After starring in The Notebook, she was on the list of Hollywood’s hottest actresses. More recently, Rachel has been in movies such as Doctor Strange, Disobedience, and Game Night. She’s currently filming Eurovision, a comedy film that will be released this year on Netflix.
Rachel is an environmental advocate involved with charities such as Habitat for Humanity, United Way of Toronto, The Sunshine Foundation of Canada, and the Small Steps Project.
2. Ellen Page
Ellen hails from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Her role as Juno MacGuff in the film “Juno” earned more than 20 awards. She has directed documentaries such as “There’s Something in the Water,” “Gaycation,” and narrated “Vanishing of the Bees.” Currently, she stars as Vanya Hargreeves in “The Umbrella Academy” and “Tales of the City.”

3. Kristin Kreuk
From Vancouver, BC, Kristin performed in Edgemont and the hit series Smallville. She starred in the Sci-Fi miniseries Earthsea, and the films Partition and Streetfighter: The Legend of Chun Li. Most recently, she starred in the “Beauty & the Beast” and produced “Burden of Proof.”

4. Emily VanCamp
From Port Perry, Ontario, Emily was an accomplished dancer and became interested in acting after visiting her sister on a movie set. She performed in the children’s horror series “Are You Afraid of the Dark?” Her work in Everwood as Amy Abbott cemented her stardom. Currently, she stars in “The Resident” and is filming the television miniseries “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier,” set to premiere in August 2024.

5. A.J. Cook
A.J. started her acting career in a McDonald’s commercial in 1997. A.J. grew up in Oshawa, Ontario. She went on to have parts in the series Goosebumps. Her breakout role as Mary Lisbon in “The Virgin Suicides” launched her film career. She had starring roles in “Higher Ground” and “Final Destination 2.” A.J. played Nida in the film “Back Fork.” Most recently, she starred as Jennifer Jareau in “Criminal Minds” and directed the episode “Chameleon.”

Evangeline grew up in Abbotsford, BC, but didn’t pursue acting initially. In 2004 and 2006, she was nominated for awards “Breakout Stars of 2004” and “Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Television Series Drama” for her role as Kate Austen in Lost.
