Jenny was born in Evergreen Park, in the state of Illinois, but raised in West Elsdon in Chicago. She was born to mother Linda McCarthy and father Dan McCarthy on November 1, 1972.
She went to many different schools and one of them was Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School and she used to be a cheerleader. After graduating high school she attended Southern Illinois University.
